Every plan covers one site, domain or store. Managing more than one? Mix and match tiers per site, or ask about partner pricing if you're maintaining sites for clients.
Full visibility into updates, uptime, backups and performance — sent every week, no digging required.
Managing sites for clients? We can package multiple plans together under a partner arrangement.
Core, theme and plugin updates go out every week so nothing quietly falls behind.
Automated checks run around the clock, with a real person looking when one of them fires.

The short answers — reach out if yours isn't here.
Pick the plan that matches your site above and complete checkout to set up your account. Right after that we'll send a short onboarding sequence explaining how to securely share access to your site, how to submit edit requests, and what to expect in your first couple of weeks.
Your first maintenance report lands the following Monday, so you can see exactly what's been done from day one.
We keep support in writing. It lets us track edit requests properly and respond fast without playing phone tag — most emails get a reply same business day.
Each plan covers one site, domain or store. If you've got a few, you're welcome to mix tiers — a small brochure site might only need Maintain, while your main store runs on Perform.
Same rule applies — one plan per site — but if you're an agency or freelancer managing sites for clients, ask us about partner pricing. We can bundle plans together and keep things white-labeled if you'd rather your clients not know we're involved.
Yes, though every site inside a multisite network needs its own plan — the way updates and permissions work across the network means we can't isolate just one.
Included: content and image swaps, banner or footer changes, plugin setting tweaks, small CSS adjustments, new landing pages built from content you supply, coupon and cart updates.
Not included: custom development (new plugin or theme functionality), original design work, writing content from scratch, or rebuilding a site or section. Those fall under project-based development, which we're also happy to quote separately.
We do. Stores with more moving parts — payments, memberships, multi-currency, subscriptions — need the Perform plan or above, since they take noticeably more ongoing attention to keep fast and secure.
No — we'll work with whatever host you're already on. That said, some budget shared hosting plans put a hard ceiling on how much we can improve speed or security. If that's the case, we'll say so directly and point you toward hosts we trust.
After checkout, you'll get a welcome email asking for secure access to your site and hosting account. From there we run through our onboarding checklist, usually wrapped up in 24–48 hours.
Speed-related work can take a little longer — up to a week — since we test carefully against your specific theme and plugins to avoid causing any downtime. You'll hear from us the whole way through.
